Dream

To say the words,
you've never said.
To plant ideas,
within your head.

To concentrate on thought,
and not on love.
To wonder what to do,
not dwell on what's been done.

To forget the past,
and open the doors.
To look ahead,
not at the floor.

To carry the world,
within your hands.
To wipe your tears,
and walk on dry land.

To smile a lot,
and have a wonderful day.
To do what you want,
and think what you may.

This poem has too much punctuation! The continual end-stops give the poem a sing-song feel (Probably not what you want).

Try to write a poem with no rhymes in it.
